Chocolate rice krispies

INGREDIENTS:
Half stick butter, 12 oz. (3/4) JET-PUFFED marshmellows
5 cups rice krispies cereal, 1cup chocolate chips,
and 1cup butterscotch chips

DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter and marshmellows on stove
at med. heat, Stir constantly. When marshmellows and
butter is melted pour rice krispies into pan and stir.
Then pour it into a large, flat bowl. Next melt butterscotch
and chocolate chips for about 30 seconds and then pour
over the rice krispies. Lastly put in fridge to cool.

Fudgies...No Bake Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
1 stick butter, 1/2 cup milk, 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa,
2 cups sugar, 3 cups oatmeal, 1 teaspoon vanilla,
and 1/2 cup peanut butter (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
mix sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter in a large
pan. Boil on stove at med. heat until it starts
to bubble. Then turn off stove and add
oatmeal, vanilla, and peanut butter. Mix well.
With a spoon, drop cookies on a cookie sheet and let cool.

French Toast Casserole

INGREDIENTS
1 loaf cinnamon swirl bread, any variety cut into cubes (about 8 cups)
6 eggs
3 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
confectioners' sugar (powdered sugar)

DIRECTIONS
In greased 3-quart shallow baking dish arrange bread cubes. Mix eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.

Uncover. Bake a 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Serve with pancake syrup if desired.
